INGREDIENTS

5 Eggs

100g cooked Chicken, finely chopped

50g Spring Onions, white and green chopped

25ml finely chopped fresh Ginger

70g Bean Sprouts

80g Water Chestnuts, sliced

3tsp Oil

1tsp Salt

Black Pepper

 

METHOD

Beat all together to a thick consistency. Divide into 6 portions, mould into a soup ladle or cup and pour carefully into a shallow pan of hot oil. Brown on both sides
