INGREDIENTS

3 Egg Yolks

2 caps Vanilla Extract

2tbs Sweetener

500ml Skim Milk

1tbs Cornflour

 

METHOD

Heat half the milk until warm enough so you can still stick your finger in without burning. Remove from heat.

Mix togher the rest of the ingredients. Add warm milk.

Return to pot and heat, stirring until it becomes thicker. Do not boil

 

NOTE: This is not a very thick custard.
