INGREDIENTS
750g Philadelphia Cheese, softened
1 1/3 cup Sweetener
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Sour Cream (extra light)
METHOD
Beat the Philly and sweetener with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in the eggs then stir through the sour cream.
Pour filling into greased springform pan (+/- 24cm)
Bake at 160 deg C for 40 - 45 minutes or until just sset.
Cool in the oven with the door open.
