INGREDIENTS

400g Beef, cut into cubes about 1cm thick

100g Onion, sliced

3tsp Paprika

1 green Capsicum, chopped

100g Mushroom, sliced

1 small can Tomato Paste

1 cup Beef Stock

2tsp Sweetener (spoon for spoon)

1tsp Salt

Black Pepper

Ground Nutmeg

1 Bay Leaf

1/2tsp Marjoram

50ml Natural Yoghurt

 

METHOD

Brown the beef, add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Sprinkle in paprika and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients except yoghurt.

Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until meat is tender.

Stir in yoghurt just before serving
