INGREDIENTS

40g Butter

2tbs Plain Flour

1 1/2 cups Milk


METHOD

Melt butter in small saucepan. 

Stir in flour until smooth. Cook for 2 minutes. 

Whisk in milk and stir over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens


To make CHEESE SAUCE: Stir in 1/2 cup cheese of choice once sauce thickens

To make PEPPER SAUCE: Stir in pepper to taste when adding milk

To make GARLIC SAUCE: Cook finely chopped garlic with the butter for a minute
