INGREDIENTS

500g Fish Fillets

3tsp Red Curry Paste

1tbs Soy Sauce

3tbs Fresh Coriander Leaves

3 Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves

2 Spring Onions (all of), finely chopped

2 Cloves Garlic

1 1/2 inch piece of Ginger

2tbs Sweetener

1 Egg

Salt, to taste

4tbs Wheat Bran

4tbs Corn Flour

 

METHOD

Process fish & remove. Process rest of ingredients. (Don't over process - keep coarse)

Mix everything together

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Make balls and flatten

Cook in a pan for about 8 minutes on each side
