INGREDIENTS

4 Lamb Shanks

1tbs Oil

500g Rice

1/2 cup Tomato Paste

1 can Diced Tomato

1/4 cup Worcesterhire Sauce

3-4 cups diced Vegetables

3 litres Stock

1 tbs dried Mixed Herbs

Salt & Pepper

 

METHOD

Brown Shanks in a pan with oil.

Place in slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

 

NOTE

I cooked this for about 8 hours and the meat fell off the bone. I just removed the bones and it was a beautifull meal.
