INGREDIENTS
4 Egg Whites
2 Egg Yolk
100g Sliced Ham, chopped
1/2 Onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
150ml Skim Milk
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tsp Mixed Herbs
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into silicone muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven @ 180 deg C for 30 - 40 minutes
