INGREDIENTS

175g Vanilla Yoghurt

3 Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

1tsp Vanilla Extract

2tbs Wheat Bran

4tbs Oat Bran

6tbs Skim Milk Powder

3tbs Sweetener

1tsp Baking Powder

Dash of Cinnamon

 

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180 deg C

Blend yoghurt, egg and vanilla together until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and blen again until combined.

Pour into silicone muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool in pan for  alittle while then transfer to wire rack.

 

NOTE

The tops get very brown but that's okay.
