INGREDIENTS

3 Egg Yolks

2tbs Vanilla Extract

2tbs Sweetener

500ml Skim Milk

1tbs Cornflour

 

METHOD

Warm 300ml milk until warm enough for you to still stick your finger in without burning. DONT BOIL.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Add warm milk to this mixture. Return to pot and heat until thickened. Stirring continiously

 

NOTE

This is a runny custard.

I like adding cinnamon for extra flavour.
