INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, Chopped

2 Carrots, Chopped

1 Cauliflower

1kg Mince

Stock (powder or cube to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Philidelphia Cheese

Boiling Water

 

METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 200 deg C

Brown the onion. Add mince and brown. Meanwhile boil the cauliflower.

When the mince is browned, add the carrot & pour in enough boiling water to cover. Add stock to taste. Add pepper and turn down to simmer until carrots are soft.

Drain the cauliflower & mash with some Philidelphia Cheese.

Transfer meat mixture into an ovenproof dish. Top with cauliflower. Bake for about 20 min or until topping browns.

 

NOTE

As I have kids who doesn't like to eat veggies, I grate my carrot and added mashed cooked pumpkin to the mince mixture before topping with the cauliflower.
