INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, seperated, whites beaten stiff

1 tbs Plain Yoghurt

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

Flavouring (like herbs for salty or cinnamon for sweet)

 

METHOD

Thoroughly mix yolks with yoghurt, baking powder, salt and flavouring (if using).

Gently fold in whites.

Cook in non-stick pan just like you would crepes.
